Here’s an example for a chemical service and a checklist for research.
Research Questions

1. Which chemicals will be used?

2. What are the dangers of using those chemicals?

3. What effects will the chemicals have on my hair type?

4. Who has experience working with this type of chemical service on my hair type?

5. Can she or he answer the questions I have about the chemicals?

6. Can I talk with some of his or her clients who have received this chemical service and who have my hair type? (If possible, arrange a meeting with them in person, or perhaps try a phone appointment.)

7. Is a maintenance hair and scalp program offered? What needs to be done for proper upkeep?
